Student ID card collection arrangements: January / February 2023


Student ID cards are issued to students when they first enrol.   ID cards are valid for the duration of your course and are not re-issued annually.  The expiry date is shown on your card.



If your course is based at a University campus:

Students on courses based at the Sport Park Campus

Will receive their ID cards at the first induction session on the Sport Park Campus.

 

All other students

Can collect ID cards from the Advice Zone where your course is based between 9:00 am and 4.30 pm from  16 January 2023:


Your ID card will be issued when you attend Campus to enrol.

Returning students who did not collect an ID card in the last academic session

From 16 January 2023, go to the Advice Zone where your course is based between 9:00 am and 4.30 pm

·        Cardiff – Advice Zone

·        Glyntaff – Advice Zone

·        Newport - B floor next to the Advice Zone

·        Treforest - Advice Zone

 

Returning students who have an existing ID card

If you are returning to University to continue with your studies this year, the student ID card issued to you in the first year of your course is valid until the expiry date shown on the card.  

If you think this expiry is incorrect or needs extending please contact your Campus Advice Zone.

If you have lost your ID card, you can order a replacement from the University's online store.
