How to Enrol

All students are required to complete enrolment at the start of each academic session. Enrolment is the formal process of becoming a student of the University. The online enrolment service allows you to complete this process online.

Before you can enrol online, you must make an application to study your chosen course. If you arrive to enrol and you have not applied please visit follow the link https://www.southwales.ac.uk/studying-and-living/ where you can make and submit an application to study your chosen course.

You will receive an email containing your Student ID number. This will be your username for your IT account throughout your time at the University. Please ensure that you enrol online as soon as you receive your email. The first step is to set-up your IT account, the next step will be to complete Online Enrolment.

When you have completed online enrolment you will able to collect your Student ID card.

To set up a tuition fee payment(s), visit the Payment Hub for more information.

You will be sent an invite  to your personal email account when the service will be open for you to enrol.

If you are eligible to use the online enrolment service, you will have received an email to your University email account confirming your eligibility. If you have to re-sit any form of assessment you will become eligible for online enrolment once your result has been ratified by the Examining Board. Please refer to the results release schedule for further details.
